If you don't understand your role as a notary signing agent, what to say or do at a loan signing, or how to present loan documents, THIS TRAINING IS FOR YOU. Study the signing agent training materials below. (You should already be familiar with the WA DOL notary website, WA Notary Public Guide, and NNA Notary Public Code of Professional Responsibility.) I do not own these, but I do refer to them. You must complete the pre-training assignment and review/study all materials before we meet.

"The Signing Presentation Guidelines provide signing professionals recommended descriptions of closing documents to present to borrowers. These are designed to assist the Notary Signing Agent, who as a notary public, is generally prohibited from explaining documents and from providing unauthorized legal or financial advice to borrowers. "

Assumptions: you are 18+, able to read & write English, and completed your pre-training assignment. We'll recap, Q&A, review your loan package together, hands-on practice presenting loan documents, final Q&A, then session ends.
