For trained notaries who want to understand their role as a notary signing agent, what to say and do at a loan signing, and HOW TO PRESENT LOAN DOCUMENTS, this training is for you. Study the free signing agent training materials below. (You should already be familiar with the WA DOL notary website, WA Notary Public Guide, & NNA Notary Public Code of Professional Responsibility.) I do not own these, but I do refer to them. You must study/review materials AND complete your pre-training assignment.
$350 per person, up to 3hrs
Assumptions: you are a trained notary, able to follow instructions, and you have completed the pre-training assignment. We'll recap, Q&A, review your prepared loan pkg, hands-on practice presenting loan docs, final Q&A, then session ends.

These are designed to assist the Notary Signing Agent, who as a notary public, is generally prohibited from explaining documents and from providing unauthorized legal or financial advice to borrowers."
